Evetta Petty Harlem's Heaven Hats Evetta Petty is a graduate of New York's Fashion Inst. of Technology. For more than 20 years, she has designed an extensive line of hats and accessories in her uptown Harlem Studio. She travels the world to cities like Rome and New Delhi looking for unusual textiles to create a global fashion experience. Her hats have humor and whimsy and have been on exhibit at the Museum of Arts and Design in NY. Her hats have been worn by celebrities such as Patti Labelle and Star Jones.
